i was at the retail store and found a product that isn't available on your online store. can i still order it?
for sure! any of our products (with the exception of some furniture pieces) can be purchased over the telephone and shipped out to you! simply call our retail store at 306-477-8200 and one of our sales associates would be pleased to assist you with your purchase.
how does the cravings loyalty program work?
cravings rewards its VIP customers by offering a point for every dollar spent at cravings maternity & baby, cravingsKIDS and www.shopcravings.ca . once cardholders have accumulated 1000 points, they will receive a $50 gift voucher that can be used at any of the cravings locations, within 90 days. enrollment is FREE and only takes a few minutes! join today at a cravings retail store and start collecting points today! the loyalty card must be present at the time of purchase to receive cravings loyalty points.
do you sell gift cards?
yes! gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used at cravings maternity & baby, cravingsKIDS & www.shopcravings.ca
how does your gift registry work?
come in and register at cravings maternity & baby and you will receive an information package and free gift bag, which includes a $5 gift card. tell all your family and friends that you are registered at cravings maternity & baby (we even provide you with gift registry cards). after you receive all of your wonderful gifts, come back and see us to receive another gift . . . a gift card valued at 10% of the total amount purchased from your gift registry.
do you install carseats?
yes! we have several SGI certified carseat technicians on staff. when you purchase a carseat from cravings maternity & baby, we offer FREE carseat checks. an appointment is necessary, so please call 306-477-8200, to set up a time that is convenient for you.
what is your return policy?
most of the items we sell can be exchanged for other products or a store credit, within 15 days of purchase. we do not offer cash refunds. all exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, be unused and in the original packaging, with tags attached and in brand new, re-sellable condition. carseats, formal wear, swimwear, undergarments, special orders and clearance items are a final sale.
why is my carseat a final sale?
your child's safety is our priority. all of the carseats we sell are brand new. in order for us to be able guarantee that your carseat has never been used or compromised, we don't allow the return of any of our carseats or booster seats.
i'm pregnant, when should i purchase my nursing bras?
we suggest that you come in within the last 4 weeks of your pregnancy to purchase your nursing bras. all of our sales associates are Bravado! certified bra fitters and would be pleased to help you find the perfect
