+ Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! CRAVINGS gift cards can be purchased in any denomination and are fully redeemable in-store or over the phone. Physical gift cards purchased over the phone or online can be shipped anywhere in Canada – free of charge; that’s our little gift to you! Greeting cards are also available for purchase to pair with your gift card. They can only be used in-store at this time.

E-gift cards are also available! These products are digital and will be sent via email to the purchaser, who may choose to print off or email the gift card to the recipient. E-gift cards can be used online, in-store and over the phone!


+ Can I send my online purchase as a gift?

All physical gift cards purchased online will include a gift receipt and a note indicating who the gift card is from. If you would like to add a personalized greeting card, please add-on the greeting card product to your cart and enter your note in the message area as instructed.


+ Can I add gift wrapping to my purchase?

For online purchases, we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. 


+ Can I use my gift card in your online shop?

E-gift cards can now be used in our online shop! Physical gift cards cannot be redeemed online at this time, but can be used in-store or over the phone. 


+ How does your gift registry work?

Visit us in-store to register at CRAVINGS and you will receive a free swag bag! Tell all your family and friends that you are registered at CRAVINGS. We will even provide you with gift registry cards. After you receive all of your wonderful gifts, come back and see us to receive another gift . . . a gift card based on the total value purchased from your registry! See in-store for more details!


+ Do you install carseats?

Yes! CRAVINGS has SGI certified carseat technicians on staff. When you purchase a carseat from CRAVINGS we offer FREE carseat checks. An appointment is necessary, so please call (306) 477-8200 to set up a time that is convenient for you or book online now!


+ What is your return policy?

Merchandise may be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached and in brand new, resell-able condition. Car seats, swimwear, cloth diapers, nursing bras and tanks, undergarments, breast pumps and accessories are final sale due to safety and hygienic reasons. We provide gift receipts that allow for an exchange or store credit for up to 45 days if requested.

Return shipping and handling fees are the customer's responsibility. All purchases can also be returned in store.

Please email CRAVINGS at returns@shopcravings.ca to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for online orders before shipping the return back to us. Please include "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line.


+ Why is my car seat a final sale?

Your child’s safety is our priority. All of the car seats we sell are brand new. In order for us to be able to guarantee that your car seat has never been used or compromised, we don’t allow the return of any of our car seats or booster seats.


+ I'm pregnant, when should I purchase my nursing bras?

We suggest that you come in within the last 4 weeks of your pregnancy to purchase your nursing bras. all of our customer service specialists are Bravado! certified bra fitters and would be pleased to help you find the perfect fit. no appointment necessary!


+ Can I shop online?

Yes! Select products can now be found in our online shop. Our shop includes limited, rotating, curated collections of our featured products. However, please call (306) 477-8200 if you would like something shipped that is not shown on our site.
