+ How does the Cravings VIP Rewards program work?

CRAVINGS rewards its cus­tomers by offer­ing one point for every dol­lar spent*. When you have accu­mu­lated 750 points, you will receive a $20 gift voucher that can be used at CRAVINGS within 90 days. Enrol­ment is FREE and only takes a few min­utes! Join today at CRAVINGS and start col­lect­ing points today!

We are now offering VIP rewards for online purchases! At this time, our VIPs must choose whether they want to redeem their rewards in store or online. Please see our VIP Rewards Program page for more information!

+ Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! CRAVINGS gift cards can be purchased in any denomination and are fully redeemable in-store. Physical gift cards purchased in store or online can be shipped anywhere in Canada – shipping fees apply. Greeting cards are also available for purchase to pair with your gift card. Gift cards can only be used in-store at this time.

 

+ Can I send my online purchase as a gift?

All products purchased online will include a gift receipt.  Please make a note at checkout that it is a gift and we will include a gift enclosure with your name.  

+ Can I add gift wrapping to my purchase?

 

Yes! We now offer a $5.00 gift wrapping option at check-out. All proceeds proceeds go directly to our annual donation fund for the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.

 

+ Can I use my gift card in your online shop?

Physical gift cards cannot be redeemed online at this time, but can be used in-store ONLY. 

+ How does your gift registry work?

 

CRAVINGS now offers in-store + online gift registries!  

IN-STORE:

  • Stop in to our shop and we will start a gift registry for you! 
  • Tell all your family and friends that you’ve registered at CRAVINGS and we’ll provide you with free gift registry cards OR DOWNLOAD our free e-vite badge and customize your digital gift registry announcement!
  • After you receive all your wonderful gifts come back to visit and get one more! As a thank you for registering at CRAVINGS you’ll receive a gift card based on the total value of items purchased from your registry. You have a choice of a gift card to use in store or online.
    $200-$499 = $20 gift card | $500-$999 = $35 gift card | $1000+ = $50 gift card

ONLINE:

  • Create an account and start adding items to your registry immediately!

  • After you receive all your wonderful gifts, close your registry and contact us and you'll get one more! As a thank you for registering at CRAVINGS you’ll receive a gift card based on the total value of items purchased from your registry!  You have a choice of a gift card to use in store or online.

+ Are the online and in-store gift registries automatically linked?  

Unfortunately they are not automatically linked.  We can help you set it up online and in-store and will manage it for you.  Items purchased will be removed for you to avoid receiving duplicate gifts.

+ What is your return policy?

 

Merchandise may be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached and in brand new, re-sellable condition. 

Car seats, swimwear, cloth diapers, nursing bras and tanks, undergarments, breast pumps and accessories are final sale due to safety and hygienic reasons.

Return shipping and handling fees are the customer's responsibility. All purchases can also be returned in store.

Please email CRAVINGS at cravingsonline@shopcravings.ca prior to shipping the return back to us. Please include "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line.

+ Why is my car seat a final sale?

 

Your child’s safety is our priority. All of the car seats we sell are brand new. In order for us to be able to guarantee that your car seat has never been used or compromised, we don’t allow the return of any of our car seats or booster seats.

+ I'm pregnant, when should I purchase my nursing bras?

 

We suggest that you come in within the last 4 weeks of your pregnancy to purchase your nursing bras.
