RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Merchandise may be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused & in brand new, re-sellable condition.

Car seats, swimwear, cloth diapers, nursing bras and tanks, undergarments, breast pumps and accessories are final sale due to safety and hygienic reasons.

Return shipping and handling fees are the customer's responsibility. All purchases can also be returned in store.

Please email CRAVINGS at cravingsonline@shopcravings.ca to request a return for online orders prior to shipping the return back to us. Please include "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line.

SHIPPING

 

Please allow 3-4 business days from the time an order is placed for items to ship from CRAVINGS. You will receive a tracking number when your purchase has shipped.  via Canada Post or same day local delivery within the city of Saskatoon via Store To Door.

Please note we currently only ship within Canada. We do not ship to the United States at this time.
