10 Hospital Bag Must Haves

For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Jordana and I’m the owner and creator of CRAVINGS in Saskatoon. A few things about me and my family…

I was born and raised in Saskatchewan but moved away when I was 13 years old. I went to high school, college and university in Alberta, where I met my husband. His education brought me back to Saskatoon 15 years ago.

I have 2 daughters – 13 and 10. My 13 year LOVES coming to the store with me and begs me everyday for a job (wonder how long that’ll last). My 10 year has absolutely no interest in anything other than flipping around in gymnastics. I’ll never forget what year I opened the store as my first daughter was just 4 months old and I was on maternity leave at the time.

I am a National fitness competitor and I actually started competing when I was 38. I might return to the stage next year, but that’s a discussion for later! I love coffee and fashion and I have been told I’ve got quite a sarcastic sense of humor. I am an entrepreneur at heart and always knew deep down inside that I would run my own business(es) one day. I absolutely love helping people and nothing brings me more happiness than giving to those around me.

I just wanted to say hi and tell you that you’ll be seeing and hearing from me more moving forward! Thanks for listening and please always feel free to drop me ideas about what you’d love to see from me!

Last week we polled our Instagram mamas for their top suggestions on what NOT to forget when packing for the hospital. Thanks for taking the time to send in your awesome answers to help future mamas pack their hospital bags! Here’s the top 10 responses we received:
