Our Mustard Bath Essential Oil is an aromatic concentrated plant extract blend of 3 oils carefully obtained through steam distillation. Add a few drops to your mustard bath to refresh or strengthen your salts prior to use.

APPLICATIONS
Diffuse:
- Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser
- Add to hot bathwater and enjoy the soothing aromatic steam.
- Inhale or apply diluted to your chest for a stimulating scent.
- Apply it topically to fatigued areas following physical activity.
Topical:
- Adults: Add 6 - 10 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil.
Usage/Caution:
- Do not use essential oils undiluted.
- External use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
- Do not take orally. If swallowed, seek medical attention or contact a poison control centre.
- 3-5% dilution is recommended.
